Kettlebell: Butts & Guts SALE
Sunday, January 2nd, 2011Compliment I received yesterday on “Kettlebell: Butts & Guts” (revisited version):
“That DVD is the hardest workout video I’ve ever done! I couldn’t even get through it all (she had a 15# bell and was going to Target to buy a 10# later that day). I cannot believe how great it worked my butt! I’ve done kettlebell before, but never like that. I LOVE that video!”
I love that she loves it, and know that you will, too. To sweeten the deal, I dropped the price by $5! Only $14.95 for a DVD that will get you into serious shape in 2011. Consider it my way of saying “Happy New Year” to you!
SALE ENDS at 12pm CST on Sunday, January 9.

Why I Revisited “Kettlebell: Butts & Guts”
Friday, July 30th, 2010When I released my first workout DVD, I thought “man, that is a GREAT workout… with flawed production.” Let me be more specific: the music was monotonous, lighting and sound were bad, my verbals were cheesy, post-production music was laid over improperly so there are many parts where movement is not synchronized with the music, and all-in-all, every aspect was subpar… BESIDES the very reason for the DVD: the workout. The workout was phenomenal! With reservation, I went ahead and released the product. Some loved it for the workout, in spite of the production quality; others hated it for the production, in spite of the workout. Either way, there was no denying that it could have been better. Two years went by, and I still couldn’t shake the conviction that an exercise routine that awesome deserved better presentation. Recently, I teamed up with GoFit, LLC, and we shot a revisited edition to Kettlebell: Butts & Guts. Oh presentation everything! I have shot several workout DVDs since my first, some which haven’t released yet, and all which are very good, but this new version of Kettlebell: Butts & Guts is my personal favorite. (HUGE thanks to GoFit, LLC, for believing in this workout!) It fills my heart with joy to present to you “Kettlebell: Butts & Guts.” Here’s the trailer:
The original version of Kettlebell: Butts & Guts is still available at cardiopump.com… I tell you that through gritted teeth, as you now know my feelings about that one. It’s on a deep clearance sale, and when it’s gone, it’s gone. The new version is also now available! From the revisited edition, expect new music, warm-up, venue, producer and director. There’s some additional core and hamstring work. With far superior presentation, this DVD will teach you the same hardcore 40-minute cardio kettlebell workout, 15-minute express workout, and awesome abs routine you learned in the original.
Never have I been more proud of work that I present to you than I am of “Kettlebell: Butts & Guts” revisited edition.

Upcoming DVDs
Friday, March 26th, 2010Thank you for your continued support! Several of you have inquired about what’s next. Well, it’s GOOOOOOD! In less than a month, I’ll film two new DVDs. One is GoFit: Intro to Kettlebell. This DVD will be packaged with all of GoFit’s newly designed kettlebells this fall. When you buy one of these new GoFit kettlebells, the DVD will come with it- FREE! In GoFit: Intro to Kettlebell, there will be a 30-minute cardio/strength/power workout on that DVD and a 9-minute awesome core chapter! Then the other DVD is called “Kettlebody by Brook.” I’m biased, of course, but I have to say this DVD is golden! Here’s the rationale for Kettlebody: it has three very different workouts that are intended to be alternated twice a week (6 day a week program), and you incorporate a healthy and balanced diet with the Kettlebody workouts, this program should render drastic improvements to your physique within 8-weeks (aka: a “Kettlebody” by Brook). Each of the workouts are roughly 25-minutes long, and yes, they are all strenuous. The Blast chapter is a powerful cardio kettlebell workout. The Burn chapter is called “YogaBurn.” It is a hybrid blend of cardio, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The Chisel workout is called Bell Body Sculpt, and it includes strength exercises with the kettlebell to tone the entire body. I hope that wets your whistle for all sorts of awesomeness coming up in the near future.
