“Being age 53, fairly new to exercise , totally new to kettlebell and never exercised 6 days a week, I was apprehensive that the workout would be too intense.  I started Kettlebody by Brook with a 7 lb kettlebell but did advance to using both 7 and 10 lb. The first week I did take lots of breaks and pause as Brook recommends if needed in the video. I was sore, but in a good way and so glad I stuck with it.  I was amazed at how quickly my endurance and strength improved.  I did have to do the modifications for push-ups and yoga chaturanga .  After 8 weeks I am proud to say that I lost 2 inches from my waist, and dramatically toned my legs & butt and defined my arms.  I enjoyed the videos because they were easy to follow and Brook continues to provide reminders about form. I appreciate that she does all the technique in a separate chapter so as to keep the momentum going in the videos.  The time that each workout takes is great since there are no excuses not to be able to fit into daily routine. I am hooked on Brook’s videos now and looking forward to doing the Butts & Guts next!”
