Trekking + GoFit Kettlebell
This is a hybrid blend of treadmill intervals with kettlebell swings. Using merely a treadmill and a GoFit kettlebell, you will get the ultimate cardio workout in only 25-minutes! Much of the treadmill work involves power walking, jogging, and running up challenging hill grades. The kettlebell exercises are simple: basic swings, single-arm swings, and alternating single-arms swings. Proper form is paramount in kettlebell training.
